ndependent journalist and geopolitical broadcaster, Alex Jones, was ordered to pay restitution fines to the families of Sandy Hook victims that are in excess of $1 billion, after he was found liable for defamation by a Connecticut court.
“This must be what Hell’s like, they just read out the damages, even though you don’t got the money,” Jones said in response.
The controversial political analyst asserted that the decision was made in an effort to strike fear in people who ask the wrong questions. “They want to scare us away from [questioning] Uvalde or Parkland. We’re not going away. We’re not going to stop,” Jones declared.
Established legal commentator and attorney-at-law, Robert Barnes, was disgusted with the result.
